You may more commonly know the Lichfield brand from places such as Argos or supermarkets where this name was exclusively sold. What you may not know is that Lichfield is a brand of the AMG Group who also own Vango. Lichfield has always been a value brand which has been sold to National camping chains but from 2011 you will now start to see it in independent smaller camping shops across the UK. This is due to Vango now being sold in Argos so the smaller guys were allowed to have Lichfield!
Many of the styles of tent are similar to Vango models but have a lower waterproof rating to justify the price band. However its worth looking through their tent collection if Vango models are a bit too expensive for you.
