If you don't use self inflating mattresses to sleep on when camping you're behind the times! They inflate themselves due to the foam inside and offer much better insulation over cheaper foam roll mats and pvc airbeds. This Breakout model is made for Outdoor World Direct but its exactly the same as the Adventure 3cm which usually sells for around £19-23. So at under £15 its worth grabbing one!
