1. Gelert Portable Gas Stove
When these originally appeared in the UK they were called uno gas stoves and made by Royal Leisure. However in recent years every man and his dog has manufactured them and so prices have plummeted so you can pick versions up from £5.99. Although they differ slightly in looks the performance is similar. They dont give out amazing amounts of heat but their big selling point is the cheap gas canisters they run off. They are also low lying and fairly compact making them safe to use without worry off the pan or kettle falling off. The are so cheap to buy it can be worth getting two rather than a double stove
Pros: cheap to run and buy Cons: not actually a double stove!

7. Wynnster Double Gas Canister Stove
What we like about this stove is that it runs off the small gas cartridges you would use with smaller hiking stoves. So for first time or occasional campers you dont need to purchase a gas tank and Regulator. However it does eat through the cartridges and so isn't a cost effective option for regulars campers.
Pros: no outlay for gas tank Cons: large gas consumption & frost can develop on canister during extended use
